Villa Toma is located right on the beach, in the center of Brela, on the beautiful Adriatic coast—perfect for a relaxed holiday in the shade of pine trees and young olive trees.
Location
It is located in the center of Brela, in the Soline area, in a unique spot right on the beach. This is a 140 m² stone villa, built in 1936 in a Mediterranean, Dalmatian style. In 2012, the villa was completely renovated with great attention to detail.
Garden with pool and BBQ
A special charm of our villa is the spacious outdoor area with a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean-Dalmatian scents of lavender, sage, and rosemary. In the garden, we’ve set up sun loungers and a quiet corner for sunbathing—ideal for relaxing away from the beach crowds and noise. For an extra treat, there’s a heated pool, so you can swim even when the sun isn’t at its peak.
For evenings in good company, you’ll also find a new outdoor BBQ, perfect for preparing fresh delicacies and enjoying time together in the open air. Next to the BBQ is a large stone table for 8, as well as a konoba where you’ll find everything you need for grilling—plus an ice maker and a wine fridge.
The sea is literally just a few steps away: you and your children only need to cross the promenade and you’re on the beach, ready to enjoy the crystal-blue water.
Kitchen and dining area
In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need to cook dream meals. It’s fully equipped with a dishwasher, built-in fridge and freezer, extractor hood, electric kettle, and coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with a table for 8 and a high chair for a child. The dining area connects to the terrace, which also has a table for 8–10 people.
Living room and terrace
The spacious living room features a table for 8 guests, a comfortable sofa, and satellite TV. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is also available. We’ve also thought of your valuables—there is a safe at your disposal.
From the living room you step out onto the terrace with sea views. The balcony can be an extended living area or an extra dining space. There is another table for 8 guests on the balcony.
Rooms
Villa Toma has 4 double bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Each room features a custom-made built-in wardrobe, and one room includes a walk-in closet. The furnishings evoke traditional Dalmatian rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned with state-of-the-art Daikin units for both heating and cooling.
Parking
Parking for your car is provided in the house courtyard at no extra charge.
